In Phase 1, we refine your strategy by understanding your Secretariat and Board processes and capabilities.
We look at the AI capabilities you currently have within your organisation and in particular the level of process maturity across Senior Management, Legal, Risk, Ethics, Privacy and Technology.
Together we build an AI plan for the Secretariat that considers all of these factors.
After crafting your AI Plan in Phase 1, we'll ensure that your Secretariat is working in lock-step with your LLM vendors and existing processes (helping to usher in improvements where required to support the deployment of AI for the Secretariat and Board workflow) .
We will finalise which is to be the first “use-case” (specific usage of AI by the Secretariat).
Working through the methodology to get the first AI use-case live and working in a test environment (eg: minute taking for board and committee meetings).
Ensuring that every aspect with regards to privacy, accuracy, legal, risk, ethics, IP and discoverability is covered.
Then putting this live into production (eg: running this for real board and committe meetings).
Continuing to support the bedding-in of the first use case and help to build out the roadmap for future use-cases.
Mentor and help the Secretariat grow with confidence month by month. Be on hand for ad-hoc advice as needed.
Help with documenting the case study for internal reference and feed back through to the AI Centre of Excellence (if one is formally in place, if not make recommendations for its formation).
